A thermostat is a device that automatically regulates the temperature of the environment as well as well as activating other devices when the temperature reaches a certain point.
Basically, a thermostat switches a heating system on and off by sensing air density or temperature.
A fan can be a thermostat depending on how it was designed, air condition, refrigerator and many more.
SMART THERMOSTATS
These are devices that can be used with home automation, they are responsible for controlling the heating system of a home similar to the function of the normal programmable thermostat.
what makes the smart thermostat better? The smart thermostat is highly convenient, it enables wifi connection between the device and the smartphone enabling access from the smartphone from anywhere within range.
The thermostats also look good and are portable keeping your house looking good.
Some smart thermostats like Nest and Ecobee can automatically learn when the house is likely to be occupied and empty which allows the device to adjust knowing when to preheat or precool the house.
ECO BEE thermostat
The eco bee thermostat has many subdevices as well as a variety of different thermostats which include Eco bee 1-5, Eco bee smart Si and many more.
The installation of the thermostat is very simple and most owners can set it up with little to no DIY knowledge within 30-50 minutes depending on the person.I personally took the time to review this product and what really struck me was the design and functionality, it worked smoothly with both the IOS and ANDROID.
The displays on the Eco bee 3 was much more intuitive than the nest 3rd generation.
Eco bee gives the user above all the ability to have full control just via a mobile, or laptop, even the smartwatches can control it. I think that's the biggest advantage Eco bee 3 has over the Nest 3rd generation.
CONCLUSION
This isn't really a controlled experiment, I wouldn't even call this an experiment as I was the only one who revied it for this blog. for those who are still confused you can go and research further but personally, i think the eco bee is better although they are both extraordinary
